Piping Hot
SING-ULAR
Why the
Applied
Piper?
The Pied Piper
played a tune that led children away.
The Applied Piper
plays a tune that leads them
to the beauty of where they are.
If you want a song written & sung,
he is the troubadour to write and sing it.
The
Applied
Piper started life at
an early age and, despite four years searching under stones
in Nigeria, still hasn't solved it.
He sings and
dances and juggles and his other name has 53 letters in it.
For the last 15 years he has been a troubadour in the
bush-lands of North Devon and Cornwall, armed only with
maypoles, xylophones, ocarinas, drums and broomsticks.
Then one morning he woke up in a terrible sweat and wrote a
song about electricity...
All things are made of atoms, a millionth of a millimetre
wide!
With protons in the middle, and electrons hanging round
outside:
Protons positive; electrons negative; as peaceful as a
dove;
‘Til something comes along and gives the electrons a
hefty shove!
...and
the dawn chorus has never been the same since!
"This
guy is a one-off. He's been Off-stedded 28 times! (twice at
our school). The inspectors loved him. Once they had
experienced
him,
the rest was plain sailing. The kids loved him too. And his
songs are something else! We just keep on singing
them"
